Preferred Offices provides executive office space and conference room facilities to over 400 clients in the Washington DC area. Conference room reservations were manually processed in MS Word documents. Standard Salesforce functionality couldn’t produce Preferred’s complex room reservation form. Management had limited visibility to daily conference room sales.
